Overview
HAVEN & CO. is a fictional premium home and lifestyle brand created to explore an AI-first commercial production workflow.
The objective was to create a cohesive lifestyle advert with consistent character identity, believable cinematography, subtle storytelling, sound design, brand identity and polished post-production.
Commercial Direction
The film was structured around a simple emotional arc: arrival, possibility, reflection, connection and brand resolution. The movement was intentionally restrained to avoid the overactive feel common in AI-generated video.
Production Pipeline
Concept, fictional brand, story structure, tone and shot planning.
Scene stills created with controlled character, wardrobe and room consistency.
Images animated using LTX 2.3 in ComfyUI with low-motion cinematic prompts.
Scene pacing, transitions, rhythm and commercial structure assembled in After Effects.
Colour grade, bloom, grain, subtle lens treatment and typography.
AI voice-over, music, room tone and environmental ambience.
Creative Challenge
The main challenge was maintaining continuity across separately generated AI scenes. Character appearance, clothing, lighting, furniture layout and camera language all needed to remain consistent enough to feel like a single shoot.
Each shot was refined through prompt control, restrained animation, grading and finishing to reduce drift and create a coherent commercial sequence.
